Mount Dora Commerce Park
This commerce park is located near the intersection of U.S. 441 and SR 46 at 1120 Camp Avenue, Mt. Dora, FL. This commerce park, built in 2002, consists of 11,582 square feet of clear-span office/warehouse space for sale. Water and sewer is provided by the City of Mt. This industrial park, owned by the City of Leesburg is located on State Road 44, west of downtown Leesburg and only 10 miles from Interstate 75.
