Welcome to Lake County's E-Permitting online service. It offers you an easy way to apply and pay for permits with the touch of a button.
Please Note: Currently you can apply and pay for the following types of permits: Re-roof, electric service repair/upgrade, mechanical permits, plumbing – water heater and vinyl siding. For all other permits, please contact the Building Services Division at (352) 343-9653.
After your permit application is received, a specialist with Lake County Building Services will contact you within 24 hours and let you know if additional information is needed or if your permit is ready for pick-up. You now also have the ability to pay for the permit online once a specialist has reviewed your application.
