LEESBURG — Exhibitor and vendor registration is now open for the 5th Annual Wings & Wildflowers Festival, to be held Oct. 14-16 at Leesburg’s Venetian Gardens, offering nature-friendly businesses a chance to be a part of the increasingly popular ecotourism event.
Lake County, in partnership with city of Leesburg, is hosting the festival to showcases the area’s acres of preserves, forests and passive parklands. With Lake County’s growing reputation as Florida’s premier birding destination, the goal of the festival is to enhance awareness and appreciation of Lake County’s ecotourism, natural resources and quality of life.
With a record 5,000 visitors last year, the festival is an ideal event for vendors to gain an enhanced presence in the region, as well as in the birding and wildlife communities.
Exhibitors specializing in tourism, nature activities, landscaping, gardening, irrigation, hardscapes, horticulture, fertilizer and more are welcome to sign up for this three-day event. Space for single exhibitors costs $100; double, $175; single space food vendors, $100 and single space not-for-profits, $25. Exhibitors and vendors must keep their booths open during all festival hours: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 14 and Saturday, Oct. 15 and 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 16.

Exhibitor and vendor applications and payment must be received by Friday, Sept. 2 at 5 p.m.
