Congratulations to the Quarterly Award recipients!!!
The following employees will be recognized at the Board meeting on January 8, 2013
and also at the County Manager’s Quarterly Employee Recognition Event on January 11, 2013.
Employee of the Quarter
Kathy Pagan, Program Analyst
Economic Development & Tourism
Kathy was the chief coordinator for the inaugural Wings and Wildflowers Festival.  She was  responsible for all organizational tasks including marketing, promotions, talent, training, funding, budgeting, inventory and research along with all the day-to-day operations.  Her efforts ensured the Wings & Wildflowers Festival will place Lake County on the map!

This diverse TEAM consists of employees from manydepartmentsincluding Economic Development & Tourism, Communications, Public Safety and Public Resources.  They worked together to establish a signature Lake County Eco-Tourism event which resulted in over $1,000,000 in economic impact to the County and received many awards and accolades,including five Gold Medal SUNsational Awards from the Florida Festivals and Events Association.
Employee of the Quarter and T.E.A.M. Award
recipientswill receive:
1.    4 hours of administrative leave
2.    Recognition breakfast or lunch with the County Manager at the end of the year recognition event
3.    Name listed on a plaque
4.    Recognition on the online Wall of Fame
5.    Certificate
6.    Recognition by the Board of County Commissioners
7.    Recognition at the County Manager’s quarterly employee recognition event
8.    Recognition on the intranet and internet websites and by email
