Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for all labor, equipment, materials, fuel and any other incidental costs and supervision necessary for parking lot and roadway improvements at Marsh Park & Boat Ramp. All work and equipment must be in strict compliance with the contract documents, latest codes, standards and practices as described in the Statement of Work found in Section 2 of this Invitation to Bid. Vendors are advised that this procurement action will be formalized via a short-form construction contract tailored to the specific project, and that the actual bidding entity must hold the appropriate license for the work to be performed. Note: The projected value for this project is approximately $100,000.

Special Notes: Since Lake County is rejecting all bids, proposals, and replies for 18-0910 and intends to reissue the solicitation under 18-0921, all bids, proposals, and replies to 18-0910 will not be disclosed until Lake County provides notice of an intended decision concerning 18-0921, until 18-0921 is withdrawn, or until twelve (12) months after this notice has been issued, whichever is earliest.

Submitting a Downloaded Bid Request
After downloading and completing the solicitation document(s), submit the original and the required number of copies in a sealed, envelope/package to the Office of Procurement Services. The envelope must include the project number, the closing date, and the proposer's name and address. A proposal submitted by telephone, fax or electronically will not be considered for award. The proposal package must be received and time-stamped in the Office of Procurement Services on or before the closing date and time.
