Project Title: Sun Eden Water Quality Retrofit

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received by the Office of Procurement Services, on behalf of the Lake County Board of County Commissioners, until 2:00 p.m. on August 9, 2018, for the furnishing of all services, labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the following project: Sun Eden Water Quality Retrofit, Project No. 2018-04, Bid No. 18-0927. This project is located within the Lake Harris Basin and involves the re-grading of roadside swales along Sunset Drive and Pine Street and installation of a next generation baffle box with media filtration on an existing piped direct discharge to Lake Harris. The project also includes de-silting of existing stormwater piping and structures within project limits. Contractor is responsible for all utility coordination and restoration of all areas disturbed during the course of work. The Engineer’s cost estimate for this project is $290,864.43.
