Project Title: Sewer Improvements at Lake County Fire Station 109

Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to select a qualified Contractor to complete needed sewer infrastructure improvements, including but not limited to installing a sewer lift station and new sewer lines, at Fire Station (FS) 109 located at 11630 Lakeshore Dr. Clermont Florida, 34711. The project shall start at FS 109 with introduction of a new sewer lift station and shall be terminated by connecting to the Lake Susan Landing sewer treatment splitter box. The selected Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, personnel, supervision, and shall comply with all required local, state, and federal inspections needed to complete the work per these specifications and the associated plan drawings. Contractors are advised that this procurement action will be formalized via a construction agreement tailored to the specific project (See Attachment 6). The actual bidding entity must hold the appropriate license for the work to be performed. The estimated range of value for this project is $150,000.

Submitting a Downloaded Bid Request
After downloading and completing the solicitation document(s), submit the original and the required number of copies in a sealed, envelope/package to the Office of Procurement Services. The envelope must include the project number, the closing date, and the proposer's name and address. A proposal submitted by telephone, fax or electronically will not be considered for award. The proposal package must be received and time-stamped in the Office of Procurement Services on or before the closing date and time. When applicable, amendments to this project will also be posted at this site. Refer to the solicitation document for complete instructions.
