Project Description: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids to furnish CONSTRUCTION OF THE GROVELAND PUBLIC SAFETY COMPLEX for the City of Groveland, FL (the CITY) via the Lake County Office of Procurement Services (the COUNTY).

Special Notes: The City of Groveland, combined with the project architect, have reviewed the bids and recommend that the Groveland City Council accept the bid from Hawkins Construction. This item will be on the City Council agenda for their July 1, 2019 meeting, held in Groveland.

Submitting a Downloaded Bid Request

The envelope must include the project number, the closing date, and the proposer's name and address. A proposal submitted by telephone, fax or electronically will not be considered for award. The proposal package must be received and time-stamped in the Office of Procurement Services on or before the closing date and time.
