Project Title: Engineering and Design Services for Hooks Street

Project Description: The purpose of this Request For Statement of Qualifications (RSQ) is to solicit competitive sealed Proposals to select a Consultant to supply ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES FOR HOOKS STREET DESIGN located in the City of Clermont and unincorporated Lake County, Florida. This particular RSQ is not being funded by a Florida Department of Transportation project. The project consists of the design of new construction of the extension of Hooks Street as a four-lane roadway. The project also will provide a Roadway Corridor Alignment Evaluation.

Submitting a Downloaded Bid Request

The envelope must include the project number, the closing date, and the proposer's name and address. A proposal submitted by telephone, fax or electronically will not be considered for award.
