Project Description: The County seeks Contractors for on-call job order contracts for road, drainage, and sidewalk construction projects having an individual cost under $200,000.00. This may include new construction, renovation, or repair work scope and may involve site work and landscaping work. The County intends to establish a multiple award structure with up to three Contractors. The individual project job orders will be awarded based on the specific capabilities and pricing associated with the cost estimate provided by each of the Contractors.
